1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p86k ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing or using p86k — whether through the website at p86k.fun, the mobile platform, or any related service — you confirm full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users including registered players, guests browsing the site, and anyone participating in any game, bet, promotion, or transaction on p86k. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use a p86k account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p86k strictly prohibits use by minors. We may request age verification documents at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be permanently closed.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of another person.
• You must not already hold an active p86k account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration including your real name, date of birth, and a working mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to check the applicable laws in your location.

p86k reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC copy) at any stage, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documents may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

3 Betting Rules

All bets placed on p86k are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept these conditions:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number is issued. Incomplete bets — due to connectivity issues, platform errors, or user action before confirmation — are not valid.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet on p86k is PKR 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account tier, and are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Odds: Odds shown at the time of placing a bet are the odds at which that bet will be settled, subject to any market suspension or voiding rules below. p86k displays odds in decimal format by default.
• Live / In-Play Betting: Live betting markets may be suspended or settled early based on real-time match events. Any bets placed after a relevant in-play event (such as a wicket or goal) that was not yet reflected in the odds will be voided at p86k's discretion.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided if a match is abandoned, postponed beyond 12 hours, or if a pricing error is identified. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.
• Accumulator Bets: In accumulator (multi-leg) bets, if one leg is voided, the remaining legs continue and the accumulator is recalculated without the voided selection.
• Settlement: Bets are settled as quickly as possible after the relevant event concludes. For Cricket and PSL markets, settlement follows official match results as recognised by the relevant cricket board.
• Dispute Period: Settlement disputes must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date. After this period, settled bets cannot be reviewed.

p86k reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed using accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or matched betting. Players found to be abusing pricing errors will have relevant bets voided and may have their accounts reviewed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on p86k are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• p86k does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the funds being held pending verification.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed by p86k's payments team. Most mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are completed quickly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your name. p86k will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies — details are shown in your account's Withdrawal section.
• p86k may request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

p86k may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your main balance and carry wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements — the number of times a bonus must be bet before withdrawal — will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements are between 5x and 30x depending on the offer type.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account action.
• p86k reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time, including clawing back bonus funds if misuse is detected.
• Free bets, where offered, are non-withdrawable. Only winnings from free bet wagers are credited to the player's balance.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account automatically.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can enable session time reminders to alert them after a set period of continuous play.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on p86k. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting bugs, pricing errors, or platform glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to guarantee profit irrespective of match outcome using bonus funds.
• Opening multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Providing false identity information, using someone else's payment account, or attempting to circumvent age verification.
• Money laundering or using p86k as a vehicle for any financial crime. p86k cooperates fully with relevant financial investigations.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening p86k staff or other users through any communication channel.

8 Privacy & Data

p86k collects and processes personal data as part of providing its services. This includes registration information, transaction history, and usage data. We use this data to manage your account, process payments, verify identity, and improve the platform experience.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) is limited to what is necessary to complete transactions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on p86k — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, text, software, and game content — is the property of p86k or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any p86k content without prior written permission. Scraping platform data, odds, or any structured content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

p86k provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and platform stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues outside our control.
• Bets that could not be placed or modified due to live market suspension during in-play events.
• Losses from your own betting decisions. Betting involves financial risk and all wagering decisions are your own responsibility.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures caused by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or banking partners.

In cases where a technical fault on p86k's side results in a confirmed bet being incorrectly settled, p86k will review and correct the settlement. Players must report such issues within the 30-day dispute window outlined in Section 3.

11 Account Termination

p86k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Abusive behaviour towards platform staff or other users.
• Confirmed duplicate accounts.
• Accounts found to belong to minors under 18.

Upon account closure for Terms violations, p86k reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance including bonus funds. In cases of voluntary account closure by the player, any withdrawable balance will be processed to the player's registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal verification.

12 Changes to These Terms

p86k may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
